Q1. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Middlesex, New Jersey, USA. 

Q2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to very high demand for our products, please expect 2-3 days for your product to arrive. Most products will arrive in 2 weeks.

Q3. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will usually take 2-5 business days.

Q4. My product arrived damaged. what do I do?

We do ship every item with extra care. Despite this, sometimes our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

    - A picture of the damaged product.
